Accepted Financial Donations:
C.H.O.I.C.E. Chicago is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization that supplements underprivileged children’s educations in the inner city. Since C.H.O.I.C.E. does all this for free, we need financial help from donors in order to function. Every 20 computers C.H.O.I.C.E. receives costs approximately $100 to clean and refurbish. An IT professional costs $25 an hour (an already discounted amount) for service to fix dysfunctional computers. Maintaining this web site costs money, as do posters and flyer’s made. Please be generous in your donations to C.H.O.I.C.E. Your donations are greatly appreciated and will do so much to better the educations of youth all throughout inner city Chicago.

Accepted Hardware Donations:

Due to the cost for IT Repair Services, CHOICE can only
accept Functional Equipment.

Laptops:
Laptops are preferred donations by schools because of
their mobility and versatility.

PC's or Macs:(Windows 98 or newer required)
Any functioning PC’s or Macs are welcome donations.

PC Towers: (Windows 98 or newer required)
If you have a Tower without a monitor, we can still use this.

Monitors:
Monitors are welcome donations because they can be paired with other donated PC Towers to create a working PC.

Accessories:
Keyboards, mouse devices, web cams, scanners, speakers, and general computer chords are acceptable donations as well.
